We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Any work outside the agreed scope, including additional revisions, new features, or major changes, may:

- Be billed at an hourly or fixed rate

Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final website deliverables unless otherwise stated.
Company Ownership
Auto Launch retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code
- Design processes and methodologies
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
7. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or recommend third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.).
You acknowledge:
- These services are not controlled by Auto Launch
- We are not responsible for their performance, security, or uptime
- You are responsible for ongoing fees related to third-party tools
8. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided based on current scope and responsiveness.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Client inaction
- Third-party services
- Events outside our control
9. Termination
By Client
You may terminate the project at any time. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.
By Company
We may terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- Communication breaks down
- Terms are violated
10. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom design work:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Completed work is non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:
- Performance guarantees
- SEO rankings
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers indefinitely
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Launch shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, data, or business
- Issues arising from third-party services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Auto Launch harmless from any claims arising from:
